Hanna and Dylan’s Third Ward Milwaukee Engagement session was so much fun! These two kept me laughing and the highlight of the session was their adorable puppy, Blitzen! I’m so excited to share this one with all of you!

How They Met

Hanna and Dylan met online. Almost right after they matched Dylan went on a two week trip to China. They basically messaged each other constantly during that trip. The same day Dylan returned from his trip is when they went on their first date together. Dylan might have been a bit jet-lagged but they both knew right away that they had found something special together.

The Proposal

Dylan had planned many surprises for the day of the proposal. He told Hanna he was going to be playing golf with friends but he was actually doing preparations for the proposal. Meanwhile Hanna made a nail appointment to keep herself busy during that time. When Hanna went to pay for her nails she was handed roses and a note saying to get ready for the best day of her life!

She was told to go to another location where she was surprised to see one of her best friends. Dylan had arranged for her best friends to fly in from DC and had booked them a hair appointment at the Dry Bar. Afterwards they went shopping to pick out a new outfit. When Hanna went back to their apartment, Dylan had decorated the place with roses and candles. There was also a note to go to a final location. Hanna got ready and went to the last location where Dylan was waiting for her with more roses and candles along with their song playing in the background. He asked her to marry her and of course she said yes!

Their Third Ward Milwaukee Engagement Session

These two braved a chilly January day for their engagement session but it was so worth it! They brought along their knew golden retriever puppy, Blitzen! I have never been so excited to get licked all over by a sweet puppy! We had so much fun exploring an area of the town that was really special to them.

Their Upcoming Wedding

I’m so excited for their wedding at Discovery World this summer! These two have planned an amazing day with their friends an family. They have both told me that their main goal is to make sure their wedding day embodies what the day is about – starting their marriage together. Of course Blitzen will be making an appearance as the ring bearer for the ceremony. They even have a few surprises in store for their guests (I won’t spoil anything!).
