I am so excited to share Allison and Grant’s beach engagement session with you! These two are so much fun to be around and I am so excited for their wedding day in a couple short weeks!

Their Love Story

Grant and Allison met through work – they actually met on the very first day of their rotational program! These two have bonded over their love for travel, food, and movies. When Allison had the opportunity to move to Bangalore, India, Grant followed her there rather than trying to date long distance. Since then, these two have travelled around the world together!

Unsurprisingly, Grant proposed to Allison while on an international trip. They were in Jordan and he proposed beneath the stars in Wadi Rum. They have since been planning their wedding day from afar.

Their Upcoming Wedding Day

Allison and Grant are having a tight-knit wedding day with a focus on sustainability. Their ceremony will be at Boerner Botanical Gardens and their dinner reception will be at a local restaurant. Their meal sounds amazing – a seven course dinner featuring international cuisine! They were able to completely customize the menu alongside the chef.

Even though these two have a passion for international travel, they also want to showcase the city where they met. Part of their wedding day includes a tour where they will show their families some of their favorite spots in Milwaukee.

Their Beach Engagement Session

I knew their engagement session was going to be a good time, but I didn’t realize how much fun we would have! We had a perfect evening together and the light was so soft and dreamy as the waves crashed gently along the shore. These two are so comfortable in front of the camera and I can’t wait to photograph them on their wedding day! Enjoy a few of my favorite images from their engagement session!
